We are
an independent opticians in North West London looking for a
full-time Optical Assistant to join our friendly and highly professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an independent practice environment, where clinical excellence and exceptional customer service are at the heart of everything we do. Our practice is based in a vibrant and well-connected area of North West London. Excellent Underground and Overground transport links
- Monday to Saturday: 9:15 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday required (minimum)
- One weekday off during the week
You will be working alongside experienced optometrists and a supportive team in a practice with
on-site glazing facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients in choosing high-quality frames and lenses
- Supporting the dispensing process
- Pre-screening and clinical support for optometrists
- Contact lens ordering and patient guidance
- Administrative duties and diary management
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Helping with the general day-to-day running of the practice
- Previous optical experience essential.
- Friendly, professional and confident communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-presented and customer-focused
- Proactive team player
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
