We are looking for several Line Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. Looking for prompt and hard-working folks.

We have a WHOLE HOUSE TIP POOL. Pay range included tips. Line cooks have not made less than $21.5 an hour in 2025.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe specifications on the line (grill, flattop, fryer, and assembly stations).
Maintain consistent portioning, plating, and food quality during high-volume service.
Follow established prep lists and assist with daily mise en place to keep the line supplied.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning and sanitation of your station.
Communicate clearly with cooks, expo, and servers to expedite orders and maintain smooth service flow.
Receive, inspect, and rotate deliveries; label and store ingredients according to FIFO standards.
Support opening, closing, and deep-clean shifts as needed and follow all food safety procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience or culinary coursework preferred but not required — we welcome entry-level candidates with enthusiasm to learn.
Basic knife skills and ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot environment, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and reliable punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on a high-volume grill or line at a burger bar, diner, or fast-casual restaurant.
ServSafe or local food handler certification (or willingness to obtain).
Familiarity with timing and ticket management during peak service.
Interest in advancing to senior cook or kitchen leadership roles as locations expand.
