We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented
Folders in High Point, NC for a fast-paced sock manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for
folding socks according to packaging standards, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring accuracy in labeling and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Fold socks according to established packaging standards
- Place products into proper packaging for shipment
- Apply labels, stickers, and tags accurately
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain production pace while ensuring attention to detail
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow packaging instructions and standards
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Motivated by piece-rate earnings and performance-based pay
Pay & Earning Potential
- Piece-rate compensation structure
- Guaranteed $11/hour for the first 3 months
- Average earnings: $15–$16/hour
- Top performers regularly earn $20+/hour
- No cap on earning potential
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – until production is complete
- Most days end around 3:30 PM
- Some days may end earlier (2:30 PM) or later (4:30 PM) depending on workload
- Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
