Our client, a highly respected multi-service law firm is seeking a Matrimonial/Family Law Associate Attorney, to join their winning team in Orange County.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and other related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice.
• Strong knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload of complex family law matters.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality
