<p><strong>Team Lawyer needed in Wigan Paying £40 per hr ref 000B 1408 / 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-quality legal advice on land and property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and land charges</li>
<li>Support major regeneration schemes and infrastructure projects with clear, pragmatic legal guidance</li>
<li>Advise on housing matters, including tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and housing management</li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement agreements</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal governance frameworks</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations</li>
<li>Manage a varied caseload, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines and service demands</li>
