Our client is part of a globally established engineering group, operating in over 100 countries worldwide. With more than 50 years of expertise, they specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of advanced automated entrance systems and integrated access solutions.
In the UK market, they are recognised for delivering high-quality automatic sliding, swing and revolving doors, as well as specialist entrance and security systems across sectors including healthcare, retail, commercial offices, transport and industrial facilities. Their reputation is built on engineering excellence, safety compliance, innovation and long-term client partnerships.
The Role
As Regional Project Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent projects valued up to £75k, ensuring efficient delivery within tight timeframes while maintaining quality and commercial performance.
Based from the Sunbury-on-Thames office, you will travel extensively across the Midlands and North of the UK to oversee project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple quick-turnaround projects simultaneously
Ensuring site readiness ahead of installation
Overseeing installation teams and subcontractors
Managing quality control and validating progress
Acting as the primary client contact and first point of escalation
Maintaining detailed site records and progress updates
Monitoring timelines, budgets and project margins
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards
This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction or façades
Strong knowledge of door automation products
Previous hands-on installation experience with door automation systems
Experience managing multiple live projects concurrently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and margin tracking ability
Essential requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
