Technical Trainer

About the job Technical Trainer for JBT Marel Salmon machines. We are looking for a Technical Trainer in Støvring, to train colleagues and customers on our newest Salmon Filleting Machines. In this role, you’ll assess training needs, develop and deliver programs, and evaluate their effectiveness for both employees and customers. Your Daily Tasks Will Look Like These Assess technical training needs and design programs aligned with organizational goals. Develop and deliver technical training & certification programs globally. Create engaging instructional materials and conduct sessions, workshops, and seminars. Refine and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement. Coordinate training activities, including scheduling and instructor selection. Stay updated on food processing developments and support customer negotiations on training needs. Assist other roles in Technical Support outside of training activities. About You To be successful in this role, we expect you have: Ideal education as Mechanical-, electric-, or mechatronics engineer. Experience in technical training development and delivery. Experience in food industry and knowledge of Salmon filleting machines. Communication, organizational, and project management abilities. Adaptable in fast-paced environments and a collaborative team player.
