Pay: $18-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday flexible on days worked. May range from 8-12 or 12-4 and increase after training. Open Positions: 1 Responsibilities:
- Assemble a small and intricate product by following detailed instructions and quality standards
- Operate hand tools and specialized winding/assembly equipment
- Test pickups to ensure proper electrical function and tonal performance
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain high-quality standards
- Record production data and test results accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working with small parts and precise assembly tasks
- Openness to receiving feedback and implementing it into your work.
- Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and processes
- Good communication and ability to work independently
- Reliable, consistent, and motivated to do high-quality work
Experience in electronics, assembly, or manufacturing is not required.
