About the Role

Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Specialist
Duration : 3 Years
Location: DFW Airport, Texas, 75261 
  Job Description   Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, MacBooks, iMacs, and iPads, as well as printers, docking stations, monitors, and other peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within ServiceNow.
  • Image, Configure, install, and deploy new computers and tablet devices.
  • Perform hardware repairs and component replacements.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, BitLocker, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and update the CMDB within ServiceNow.
  • Process computer lifecycle replacements, equipment moves, and changes.
  • Support conference room technology and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with enterprise technology deployments and large-scale PC refresh projects.
  • Provide support for multifunction printers and airport operational technology as assigned.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and organizing the stockroom for laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories.
  • Follow established processes and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in after-hours support when required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of desktop support experience. in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 suite, MacOS and IOS.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, TCP/IP networking, and computer hardware.
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license.
  Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certification.
  • Experience with using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment.
  Working Conditions
  • Frequent driving and walking throughout airport facilities.
  • Ability to transport computer equipment and peripherals.
  • Work may rarely include evenings and weekends as operational needs require.
  • Position requires obtaining and maintaining all required airport security clearances, including a CJIS background investigation if assigned to support law enforcement systems.
