Justteachers are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled teacher to support one of our partnered schools in Coventry.
This role is to start September 2026 – July 2027 on a full time basis.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to the Year 3 Class. You will work closely with the school’s leadership team and support staff to provide a positive learning environment, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
- Provide ongoing assessments and feedback to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a safe and respectful learning space.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities.
- Engage with parents and carers to provide updates on pupil progress
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and 2
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their academic development.
