Role Description
They are seeking a motivated and personable Residential Sales Consultant to help support their clients move. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, following up opportunities and proactively generating business — but always with a customer‑first mindset.
 
You'll play a key role in guiding buyers and sellers through their property journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the the companies standard of service.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, follow‑ups and relationship building
  • Register and qualify buyers, matching them carefully with suitable properties
  • Carry out viewings and manage feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing honest advice and clear updates
  • Work closely with mortgage advisors to maximise leads and conversion opportunities
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping and CRM updates
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm
About You
You will be:
  • Hungry to succeed and motivated by results and commission
  • Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads
  • Naturally customer‑focused, with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent experience
  • Professional, well‑presented and articulate
  • A good understanding ofn the housing market and moving home
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
  • A strong communicator with good negotiation skills
  • Able to work Saturdays as part of a 5‑day working week
  • Have access to your own car
 
Previous estate agency experience is required for this role.
