<p>Fabric Data Engineer – Contract Role</p>

<p>Outside IR35 | Day Rate: £500-550pd | Woking / Oxfordshire area | Hybrid | Initial 6 Months</p>
<p> </p>
<p>We’re also looking for a Data Engineer to join a programme of work within a commercial data environment, supporting a Customer 360 data management initiative across sales and marketing for a global brand.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This role has a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric, the wider Azure stack, and modern development practices, including agentic development and GitHub‑based workflows.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>You’ll be hands‑on, delivery‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure as part of a collaborative team.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.</li>
<li>Develop and manage data products supporting sales and marketing analytics.</li>
<li>Implement agentic and automated development patterns where appropriate.</li>
<li>Work closely with Power BI developers and stakeholders to enable analytics use cases.</li>
<li>Contribute to GitHub‑based development, version control, and CI/CD practices.</li>
</ul>

<p>Ideal Candidate</p>
<ul>
<li>Solid experience as a Data Engineer within Azure environments.</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with GitHub and modern development workflows.</li>
<li>Delivery‑focused, pragmatic, and team‑oriented.</li>
<li>Able to attend site 1–2 days per week in Woking or the wider Oxfordshire area.</li>
