Responsibilities: Track corporate entity records and international compliance filing deadlines Update corporate structure charts, databases, and general entity data Organize board meeting calendars, written consents, and internal files Monitor recurring operational deadlines and obligations across the firm Process incoming non-disclosure agreements and save executed copies Review legal invoices to check budgets and outside counsel spend Test new software tools to automate team workflow tracking Help gather signatures and organize files for business transactions Fill out compliance notices and collect data for background requests Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field 2-3+ years of accounting and operations experience Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $80,000–$105,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
