Lancashire- QSW- Duty & Assessment Team- £37.00p/hr Umb

We are seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Duty & Assessment Team in Lancashire on an Umbrella contract, offering an attractive rate of £37.00 per hour. As a QSW in the Duty & Assessment Team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support.
• Developing and implementing effective care plans to improve outcomes for children.
• Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Providing advice and support to families, ensuring safeguarding concerns are addressed.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in child protection and assessment within a statutory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
