The Opportunity A leading national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Solicitor (NQ) to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile real estate transactions and development projects across a broad range of sectors. You will advise developers, investors, property companies, and corporate occupiers on major deals that help shape the commercial landscape.

Key Responsibilities - Acting on the acquisition, disposal, and development of commercial property assets.
- Advising on structuring transactions, conditional contracts, and joint venture arrangements.
- Assisting with pre-lettings, lettings, and sale-and-leaseback transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of property documents including contracts, leases, transfers, and ancillary deeds.
- Managing title reviews, searches, enquiries, and post-completion processes.
- Working alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex matters while taking ownership of your own caseload.
- Developing strong client relationships and liaising with external advisers such as agents and surveyors.
- Supporting business development initiatives, client events, and internal training.
About You - Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with solid training experience in commercial property or real estate.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in high-value real estate work.
