This position is working inside IR35
Working on the IT Service Desk team of a leading IT Managed Service Provider, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing 1st line support and 2nd line support for the external customer base. This will include Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Office 365 admin & configuration and basic network configuration.
Required Skills:
Good 1st line support experience
Ideally some previous experience operating at a 2nd line support level
Good experience with Office 365 admin & configuration
Good experience with the wider M365
Good experience of Active Directory
Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
This position would suit an IT Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Desktop Support Analyst, who has good experience of providing 1st line & 2nd line support on an IT Service Desk.
