Behaviour Support Assistant – School-Based Role | Hampshire (Flexible / Term-Time) £89 – £93 per day We are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within specialist school settings across Hampshire. These roles are available on a flexible or long-term basis, depending on your availability. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in residential care or youth work looking to transition into education. The role: Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs Provide 1:1 and small group support Help pupils stay engaged and regulated throughout the school day Work as part of a supportive school team The ideal candidate: Has experience supporting young people in care, youth work or similar settings Is confident managing behaviour and building rapport Is looking for a consistent, structured working environment Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Up-to-date safeguarding training Full eligibility to work in the UK
