About the Role
This position is essential to the effective running of our strategic projects and key to our overall success by being central to building our client relationships. Working within our global team you’ll be assigned to projects across all three of our service lines, supporting the team throughout the process of delivering the work.
The day-to-day requirements will vary, offering opportunities to learn and develop skills to enable career advancement. Key duties and responsibilities include:
Supporting on mainly EMEA and global consulting projects
Use of benchmarking tools and talent to look at fair value compensation and incentives for agencies
Work with the global specialist’s team members to execute ongoing financial audits
Creation of agency model case studies to aid benchmarking and identify needs
Assisting with pitch management through the gathering of insights to create the methodology, agile management of the process and collation of results to support client decision making
Digital ecosystem benchmarking to investigate brand performance online in an independent way
Ownership of the project plan, keeping the team focused on tasks needed and managing timelines across the work
Coordination of key meetings, preparing any pre-reads and following up with actions and contact notes
Reviews of the scope of work to ensure deliverables are on track
Identification of any new opportunities to expand our services to clients through project discovering work and identification of any additional support clients need throughout project delivery
Lead and motivate internal team members to achieve targets and deliver high quality work
