A primary school in Skipton is looking for a Part-Time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This role will be 3 days a week from September, on an on-going basis.
About the role: The successful candidate will support children’s learning and development through play-based activities and structured learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning within the Reception classroom.
- Assist with phonics, early reading, writing, and number activities.
- Support both indoor and outdoor learning provision.
- Observe and record children’s progress and achievements.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Good understanding of child development and the EYFS Framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
