You’ll be a key point of contact for families and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Manage inbound phone calls and emails from families (English & Spanish)</li> <li>Assist with registrations, scheduling, and general inquiries</li> <li>Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and run internal reports</li> <li>Upload and manage program seasons on internal platforms</li> <li>Support coaches and operations team with day-to-day needs</li> <li>Maintain organization of office space and supplies</li> <li>Keep the vibes high and the atmosphere fun</li> <li>Support the team by substituting for other coaches as needed  </li> </ul><div><strong>Schedule</strong></div><ul> <li>Part-time: 20–28 hours per week</li> <li>Must be available: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (8am–6pm)</li> <li>In-person role (office-based, with some field exposure during training)</li> </ul><div><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong></div><ul> <li>$18–$22.50/hr (based on experience)</li> <li>401(k) with employer match after 90 days</li> <li>Paid time off (up to 4 weeks per year)</li> <li>All major holidays off</li> <li>Monthly phone stipend</li> <li>Opportunities for raises, bonuses, and growth into full-time roles</li> </ul><div><strong>Who This Is a Good Fit For</strong></div><ul> <li>Bilingual professionals (Spanish/English) comfortable handling high-volume communication</li> <li>Individuals with prior customer service or administrative experience</li> <li>People who are organized, detail-oriented, and follow through consistently</li> <li>Those who can stay calm and solution-focused when handling customer concerns</li> <li>Candidates who prefer structured, in-person work environments</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (high-volume preferred)</li> <li>Availability: Monday, Wednesday, (8:30am - 5pm) and Saturday (8am–4pm required)</li> <li>Ability to pass a background check</li> <li>Commitment of at least 1 year</li> <li>Availability to step in and substitute for other coaches as needed </li> </ul><div><strong>Before You Apply</strong></div><div>This role requires:</div><ul> <li>Consistent communication with families throughout the day</li> <li>Strong organization and attention to detail</li> <li>Comfort handling both routine tasks and unexpected issues</li> </ul><div>If that aligns with your experience and work style, we encourage you to apply.</div> </div>
