Job Description
Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing and molding processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
Develop and optimize Liquid Injection Molded products and processes across four manufacturing plants
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions to improve overall performance
Identify and execute cost reduction strategies across multiple facilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate quality standards and streamline operations
Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience with Liquid Injection Molding processes
BS Degree preferred (AS/BS Engineering considered)
Plastics/Rubbers background
