About the Role

You’ll be working closely with three London‑based TA professionals, covering experienced hires as well as global intern and graduate recruitment.<br><br>The day‑to‑day is busy, varied and people‑focused - and high‑volume, high-pressure interview scheduling is a core part of the role.<br><br><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong><br><ul><li>Owning high‑volume interview scheduling across multiple teams</li><li>Managing diaries, changes and competing priorities in real time</li><li>Acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Regularly speaking with people across all parts of the business - PMs, tech, ops, facilities and HR</li><li>Supporting TA processes end‑to‑end and aiding how a best‑in‑class function operates</li></ul><br><strong><em>Scheduling will make up a key part of your day, so resilience, organisation and attention to detail are essential.<br><br></em></strong>This a high exposure role, with an amazing opportunity to really get involved in the business for the right candidate. <br><br><strong>What we’re looking for</strong><br><ul><li>Proven office exposure, ideally in TA, HR, recruitment coordination, BD, IR or professional services support</li><li>Comfortable handling busy, fast‑moving schedules</li><li>Confident and professional working with senior stakeholders</li><li>Positive energy, can‑do attitude, and calm under pressure</li><li>Curious, ambitious, and interested in learning TA processes</li><li>Happy working five days a week in the office</li></ul><br><strong>Important to note</strong><br><ul><li>This role is being hired on a temporary, ongoing basis</li><li>There is potential to go permanent for the right person</li><li>Office‑based role in West London, close to Victoria</li><li>Core hours are 8am-5:30pm with flexibility required</li><li>On‑site gym and restaurants available</li></ul><br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to in‑house TA within a leading hedge fund, working with a high‑calibre, best-in-class, collaborative team.
