Job Overview
The PCX Electrical Integrator 1 is responsible for completing all assigned work according to specifications in a high quality and safe manner. The Electrical Integrator 1 is proficient in the integration of wireways such as cable and basket tray assemblies. The Electrical Integrator 1 Integrator is capable of cutting, building, and installing wireways such as cable and basket tray in a clean, safe and concise manner. The Electrical Integrator 1 must be able to read and understand work instructions to perform work correctly. The Electrical Integrator 1 is required to follow the instructions of the electrical supervisor and suggest improvements.
A Day In The Life
Must follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements
Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc.
Listens and follows directions from supervisors and management
Must exhibit quality workmanship that adheres to engineering and customer specifications
Adheres to PCX Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards
Works in a timely, efficient manner to meet all daily performance objectives
Must be able to work in a team environment which requires cooperating with others, offering help when needed, and maintaining positive work relationships
Complete Time Reporting Sheets
Ability to work 10 hours per day and weekends as required
Reliable transportation required
Background check and drug-screen are required

Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
Must be able to read and understand posted bulletins, regulations, rule books, manufacturer manuals, and work instructions
Complete required documentation (timesheets, material usage, etc.)
Able to lift 35 pounds consistently and team lift 70 pounds
Ability to use ladders (up to 10 feet), lifts (with harnesses) and stand or sit for long periods of time.
Ability to be trained to use WAVE machine
Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install wireways such as basket and cable tray using rulers, measuring devices and hand tools.
Experience working with large gauge wire (250, 350, 500, 600 KCMIL)
