top-tier anesthesia practice in Winston-Salem to identify a motivated
Coding Specialist (or certification candidate) ready to launch or grow a career in medical coding and healthcare revenue cycle operations.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, newly certified professionals, or individuals actively pursuing

What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze patient medical records from multiple facilities to ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes for services rendered
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with payer, regulatory, and governmental guidelines
- Meet key deadlines for charge entry and claims submission
- Support internal coding audits and quality initiatives
- Collaborate with the coding and billing teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Provide backup support to the billing department as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
What We’re Looking For
- AAPC (CPC) or AHIMA certification completed or in progress
- Strong foundation in medical terminology, anatomy, CPT, and ICD-10 coding
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-driven environment
- High level of motivation with a desire to learn and grow
- Prior experience in coding, billing, or a healthcare setting is a plus—but not required
Schedule Options (Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week)

Tuesday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible Friday Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Traditional Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
