<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the development and delivery of the corporate communications strategy.</li>
<li>Plan and deliver integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels.</li>
<li>Produce high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, briefings, newsletters, reports, presentations, web content, and social media.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with media representatives and respond to media enquiries.</li>
<li>Promote and protect the reputation through proactive communications activity.</li>
<li>Provide communications advice and support to senior officers, councillors, and service managers.</li>
<li>Support public affairs and stakeholder engagement activity across the organisation.</li>
<li>Monitor media coverage, campaign effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback, producing reports and recommendations.</li>
<li>Lead or support communications responses during high-profile, sensitive, or crisis situations.</li>
<li>Ensure all communications are accessible and comply with branding guidelines.</li>
<li>Act as a brand champion, maintaining consistency across all communication channels and corporate materials.</li>
