<strong>Project Estimation & Oversight</strong>: Create precise onsite project estimates and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.</li>

<strong>Achieve Targets</strong>: Meet and exceed sales, production, and KPI benchmarks within established timeframes.</li>

<strong>Lead Generation</strong>: Network within the community through channels like realtors, trade contractors, and client referrals to generate new leads.</li>

<strong>Reporting & Administration</strong>: Complete administrative tasks, track activity, and provide detailed reports on work plans and territory analyses.</li>
