About the Role

Our client is the #1 AI job search platform. Their AI agents help candidates find jobs, tailor resumes, and apply automatically. In 2 years: $3.7M raised, profitable, 2M+ monthly visitors, 50K+ paid subscribers, 70-person team.

AI is eliminating jobs faster than people can adapt. The team started by helping the 10-15% who are job hunting. Now they want to help the other 85% not lose their jobs.

We are looking for 2 Product Owners to launch 2 new products and pivot from AI job search to a full AI career platform.

Product 1: Career Intelligence

You will build a data engine that generates tens of thousands of job market reports, answering the most popular candidate questions about salaries, interviews, and hiring trends.

The edge: 1 billion+ vacancies over 30 years + millions of Deep Candidate Profiles monthly - broader and deeper than LinkedIn or Indeed. You'll turn it into the #1 career analytics product.

P.S. Our research is already being picked up by Fortune, Business Insider, Yahoo News, MSN, and TechRadar. We need someone to scale it.

Product 2: Career Coaching

You will build an AI coach that assesses skills and turns the results into a personalised learning pathway. Rooted in OECD and WEF research: learning agility, critical thinking, adaptability. Meta-skills that compound across every job.

The edge: the broadest jobs dataset, the deepest candidate profiles, and the best skill taxonomy to bridge the gap.

P.S. AI is rewriting jobs in real time, layoff risk has never felt higher, the audience is there, the data infrastructure is ready. This is day zero we just need the right person to build it.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years as a product manager, with experience building from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100
  • Founder background: you've built a startup with real traction - users, revenue, or funding
  • Engineering background: you think in systems, speak the language of engineers, AI, and data scientists
  • You'll own the product end-to-end - from hiring your team to owning metrics
  • You'll build from 0 to 1, then scale 1 to 100
  • You'll work on some of the hardest problems in HR tech that nobody has solved yet
