Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Bonus with increased % based on billings
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Office Based | Own Transport Required

The Role
This is not a transactional, KPI heavy environment. This is a relationship-led recruitment role built on credibility and trust.

You will be:

• Meeting candidates and clients face-to-face across Cumbria
• Building long-term partnerships with local businesses
• Identifying and headhunting high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to offer
• Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment in the local market
• Building your own personal brand alongside the NXT name

About You

• Commercially aware and confident discussing business needs
• Naturally relationship-driven rather than sales-script-driven
• Motivated by results and financial reward
• Professional, personable and credible in face-to-face meetings
• Keen to attend networking events and raise your profile locally
• Full UK driving license and own transport required
