Account Manager A well-established packaging supplies company is seeking a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join their growing team in their Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Coordinate orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure client satisfaction Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate customer records and account updates Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service or account management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented This is a full-time, primarily in-person position offering a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives, with strong opportunity for long-term growth within the company.
