<p><i>Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday's 6pm to 5am</i></p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. </p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity</p></li><li><p>Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service</p></li><li><p>Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals</p></li><li><p>Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards</p></li><li><p>Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices</p></li><li><p>Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision</p></li><li><p>Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers</p></li><li><p>Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Must Haves</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including leading by example and supporting team development</p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively manage performance, expectations, and day-to-day priorities</p></li><li><p>Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and compliance</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal</p></li><li><p>Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships</p></li><li><p>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Nice to Haves</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel operations</p></li><li><p>Experience building and supporting teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Direct experience includes hands-on responsibility for operational execution</p></li><li><p>Relatable experience may include roles in operations, retail leadership, logistics, or analytical positions where accountability, performance management, and operational metrics were key responsibilities </p></li></ul>
