Production Op Warehouse / Manufacturer – Whetstone

We are looking for a Production Operative / Manufacturer  for a leading global supplier of advanced materials and tooling solutions used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, marine and wind energy. Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment Mixing, cutting, and preparing materials for production processes Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and production procedures carefully Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Physically capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods Basic numeracy and literacy skills A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential): Experience with composite materials or industrial manufacturing processes Forklift licence Experience working with mixing, machining, or material preparation equipment
