About the Role
CORY is hiring a Director of Brand Experience to help scale and shape our growing brand in the real estate industry.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work directly with leadership to continue to build and elevate the CORY brand, driving awareness, engagement, and growth through high-impact content and strategic brand initiatives.
The role begins part-time with flexible hours and offers a clear path to full-time as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content Creation
Develop high-impact social media content, graphics, and brand assets
Create engaging posts that showcase industry insights, leadership perspectives, and firm updates
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Campaign Development
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that expand brand visibility and engagement
Support thought leadership initiatives and brand storytelling
Identify creative ways to elevate CORY’s presence in the real estate space
Social Media Management
Own and manage the social media calendar
Coordinate content across platforms such as LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Track engagement and continuously refine strategies to drive measurable growth
Strategic Execution
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
Take initiative on projects that increase reach, awareness, and influence
Collaborate closely with leadership to execute ideas quickly and effectively
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
Strong content creation and brand storytelling abilities
Ability to execute quickly while thinking strategically
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Creative thinker who can translate ideas into measurable brand growth
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
This role is ideal for a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or Social Media Leader who is ready to step into Director-level responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.
