About the Role
Registered Nurse-{172330} Location: Selinsgrove, PA 17870 Pay: $46/hr. (W2) Schedule: Full-time, 6:45am-3:15pm | Rotating break days | Every other weekend off | OT as needed Overview Join an intermediate care campus supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a person-centered, family-oriented environment. This RN role is part of a large multi-disciplinary team that provides 24/7 medical coverage and coordinates closely with services such as OT/PT, psychiatry, speech/hearing, recreation, and social work to help individuals meet health needs and personal life goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver RN care for residents with varying support needs, including health assessments, medication administration, and ongoing clinical monitoring Coordinate care and communicate changes/concerns with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized, comprehensive plans Provide clear, timely clinical documentation and shift-to-shift handoff to support continuous 24-hour coverage Support a person-centered approach when providing care, including respectful engagement with residents and collaboration with families/guardians as appropriate
