Silicon Clean Up – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Silicon Clean Up • Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour • Location: Delano, MN • Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM • Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: • Ability to work in a regulated medical device environment (FDA and ITAR). • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Basic documentation and traceability discipline. • Willingness to work shifts and follow safety/PPE requirements. • Experience with silicone or plastic materials is a plus. • Work in cleanroom environments. Physical & Lifting Requirements: • This will sometimes require the use of considerable force. • Standing and walking for an entire shift. Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean molding and mixing equipment using heptane and alcohol. • Employee will need to disassemble and reassemble equipment. • This will sometimes require the use of considerable force. • Ability to challenge yourself to consistently meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining excellent product quality. • Documentation on various operations in both the Heptane Clean Room and the Chemical storage area. • Ability to communicate written and verbal.
