The Role and Deliverables
You will take ownership of end-to-end data science delivery, from problem definition through to deployment in live environments.
* Design, build, and deploy machine learning models within Pega-based decisioning platforms.
* Lead model development across feature engineering, training, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
* Work closely with application and logic developers to embed models into operational decision workflows.
* Develop statistical and machine learning models for personalisation, propensity scoring, and next-best-action use cases.
* Design and run experiments, including A/B testing, to quantify business impact.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other data scientists, while engaging confidently with client stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience delivering data science solutions in client-facing or consulting environments.
* Advanced capability in Python and or R, with hands-on use of modern machine learning libraries.
* Deep understanding of statistical modelling, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques.
* Experience deploying and operating models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and Adaptive Decision Manager in production environments is highly desirable.
* Exposure to real-time decisioning, customer engagement, or personalisation use cases is advantageous.
* Familiarity with MLOps practices and model monitoring frameworks is beneficial.

The Role and Deliverables
Own the day to day operation of the Databricks platform and associated MLOps services, ensuring availability, performance and stability.
Establish and run service management processes including incident, problem and change management, with clear documentation and escalation paths.
Define and deliver standardised MLOps patterns covering model development, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle governance.
Lead platform releases and upgrades, including planning, testing and communication to stakeholders.
Implement and maintain security, risk and compliance controls across data and machine learning workloads.
Manage platform roadmap, cost optimisation and supplier relationships to maximise value and developer experience.
Your Skills and Experience
Strong experience operating Databricks in production, including workspace administration, cluster policies, jobs and data governance controls.
Proven capability delivering MLOps practices end to end, from CI/CD and automation through to model monitoring and observability.
Experience owning platform operations and service management in a complex, enterprise environment.
Confidence working with security, risk and governance stakeholders to evidence controls and support audits.
Ability to engage and influence across data engineering, data science and analytics teams, balancing speed, cost and risk.

The Role and Deliverable
* Take ownership of the legacy QlikView platform, ensuring it remains stable and reliable for business‑critical reporting
* Improve and maintain existing QlikView reports, addressing inconsistencies, technical debt, and poor data quality
* Project manage demand across a messy reporting landscape, prioritising fixes and enhancements with the business
* Act as the main interface between stakeholders and third‑party suppliers, translating requirements into delivery
* Challenge supplier solutions and ways of working to ensure they are pragmatic and fit for purpose
* Support planning for the eventual decommissioning or migration of QlikView as part of a broader Microsoft‑centric strategy
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong hands‑on experience with QlikView development and platform management
* Proven ability to work within legacy environments and bring order to complex or poorly structured data
* Confidence engaging with non‑technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs and pain points
* Experience project managing reporting workstreams and coordinating third‑party suppliers
* Solid understanding of SQL and wider data and reporting architectures
