For a specialized department of our client that focuses on repairing, sorting, and reusing euro and block pallets, we’re looking for a great addition to the production team! With a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and efficiency, we help extend the lifespan of pallets and contribute to a circular logistics chain.

Want to work at a production specialist where no two days are the same? In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic environment and be involved in all parts of the repair department. You’ll get the chance to learn a lot and work with different machines. Experience is a plus, but your motivation matters most to us.

Inspecting incoming pallets for damage and quality

Sorting pallets by type and condition (reusable, repairable, or rejected)

Repairing pallets using hand tools and machines (such as nail guns and saw machines)

Replacing damaged boards and blocks

Checking repaired pallets for quality and strength

Stacking and preparing pallets for transport

Keeping the workplace clean and safe

Spotting issues and reporting them to the supervisor
We’re looking for someone who likes to get stuck in and enjoys working in a production environment. You don’t need to know everything yet — if you’re motivated to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required

What you can expect:
Working indoors in a production hall
Salary starting from €14,80 per hour
Day shifts from 06:00 to 15:00/16:00 (Saturday work is possible and paid at 150%)
Physical work (lifting, standing, repetitive tasks)
Working with noisy machines at times (hearing protection is required)
One hour of break time per day (15 min morning break, 30 min lunch, 15 min afternoon break)
