Counterbalance Driver

Counterbalance Driver Northampton | £14.06 per hour | Mon-Fri - Rotating shifts (5:55am-2:00pm, 1:55pm-10:00pm) We're recruiting a Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Northampton. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and timely delivery of customer orders. What you'll be doing: Loading and unloading deliveries safely Booking in finished goods using scanners Transporting products, stock, and packaging around the warehouse Assisting with repacking, packaging supply, and stock movements Following FIFO stock rotation at all times Scanning out finished goods during loading Completing daily FLT checks, stock counts, dock audits, and 5S checks Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and yard Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing required PPE What we're looking for: Valid FLT licence (in date or in-house training provided) Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Flexible, positive, and reliable work attitude What's in it for you: Competitive pay rate of £14.06 per hour Monday-Friday shift pattern with rotating shifts Stable, long-term opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop valuable warehouse and logistics skills
