</div><div>As a <strong>Snapology Lead Instructor</strong>, you’ll lead high-energy STEM programs for kids ages 3–14 (don’t worry—you won’t teach them all at the same time). You’ll guide up to 20 students through interactive, curriculum-based activities that spark creativity, build confidence, and make learning actually fun.<br><br><strong>Hiring for spring break and summer camps! Other opportunities for more hours as well!</strong><br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead camps, classes, workshops, and epic birthday parties</li>
<li>Create a fun, structured, high-energy environment</li>
<li>Prep and deliver programs using our ready-to-go curriculum</li>
<li>Communicate with parents and partners like a pro</li>
<li>Be the reason kids leave saying, “That was AWESOME”<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>2+ years working with kids (camps, classroom, coaching, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong group/classroom management skills</li>
<li>Reliable, upbeat, and team-first attitude</li>
<li>Teaching experience is a bonus—not a dealbreaker</li>
<li>Background clearances<br><br>
