Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join the Demo Environment team within IFS Ultimo Product Development. Using our AI-augmented cloud platform, over 150,000 professionals are managing more than 23 million assets across 28 countries, delivering measurable improvements in reliability, cost control, and operational visibility. The Demo Environment team ensures we can deliver a fantastic demo experience that evokes a wow effect among prospects, customers, partners, and colleagues.

This internship is ideal for an undergraduate student who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. You will help create and improve realistic demo environment data that are used by pre-sales, sales and partner teams to showcase the power of the Ultimo EAM solution to prospects and customers.

You will work closely with Product Development teams, pre-sales team members, and technical colleagues to improve demo data, business scenarios, reporting, and user experience.

What You Will Do

• Support the maintenance and improvement of demo environments for the Ultimo EAM platform.
• Work with functional and technical teams to improve demo quality.
• Support demo-related initiatives around demo data, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform basic SQL/XML-related tasks where needed.
• Support the implementation of AI-assisted solutions for demo data creation, content generation, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Assist in developing automated processes for demo environment setup, maintenance, reporting, and data management.

Preferred Background
Reading for Bachelor’s degree in areas such as:

• Business IT & Management
• Information Systems
• Business Administration
• Software Engineering
• Data Analytics
• Or similar fields

Preferred Skills & Interests

• Strong interest in business software and technology
• Interest in AI technologies and automation tools for improving productivity and business processes
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL
• Interest in functional/business processes and software configuration
• Familiarity with business intelligence tooling, APIs, XML, or data management is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-moving product environment
