<p><strong>Electrical Installation Supervisor / Electrical Site Engineer</strong><br /> West Midlands | UK Travel | Industrial Projects</p>
<p>Salary: Circa £50,000 + Overtime + Travel</p>
<p>We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Installation Supervisor / Electrical Site Engineer to join a growing engineering business delivering large-scale industrial installation projects across the UK.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on leadership role, leading electrical installation teams across manufacturing, automation and industrial environments, working on complex systems including conveyors, automated material handling and FMCG production facilities.</p>
<p>If you have strong industrial electrical experience and are already supervising — or ready to step up — this is a strong long-term opportunity within a growing business.</p>

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate electrical installation activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.</p>
<p>Based in the West Midlands with regular UK travel.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>• Supervising electrical installation teams on industrial projects<br /> • Industrial installations – containment, cabling, panels and equipment<br /> • Coordinating labour and supporting site delivery<br /> • Working to RAMS and site safety procedures<br /> • Reading electrical drawings and schematics<br /> • Supporting commissioning, testing and fault finding<br /> • Monitoring progress and reporting site updates<br /> • Working within Permit to Work systems</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>Essential:<br /> • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations<br /> • 18th Edition<br /> • ECS Gold Card<br /> • Industrial installation experience<br /> • Experience leading or supervising electricians<br /> • Ability to read electrical drawings<br /> • Full UK Driving Licence<br /> • Willingness to travel</p>
<p>Desirable:<br /> • 2391 Inspection & Testing<br /> • SSSTS<br /> • IPAF / MEWP<br /> • Experience in automation or manufacturing environments</p>
