• The founding directors have over 25 years' experience in the packaging industry and are still involved and committed to driving the business forward on a daily basis.
• Highly experienced sales force who are constantly trained and up to date on the diversity of packaging products
• Large stockholding of products to allow for just-in-time service
• Dedicated engineering team is experienced, committed, and innovative.
• Ability to adapt to customer requirements, listen to customer needs, consider accordingly and then offer practical solutions.
• Business growth has been driven by referrals from existing and new customers

The Role:

In this role you will report into senior management / director level whilst working from home but supported form the Craigavon facility. You will be responsible for both developing existing relationships and creating new business within existing and growth markets.

• Acquiring new business
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling solutions
• Prepare Sales Contracts
• Working to and exceeding KPI's and Targets set by the company
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

The Person:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a packaging or related industry
• Effective planning and organisational skills
• Enjoys and thrives in pursuing business opportunities
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Full driving licence
