We're hiring multiple Customer Service Operatives with a strong focus on Goods-In operations-perfect for someone organised, proactive, and confident dealing with people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Booking in deliveries and collections, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, hauliers, and customers
• Processing delivery paperwork and Goods-In documentation accurately
• Resolving discrepancies, delays, and stock issues quickly and professionally
• Supporting stock control and maintaining accurate system records
• Managing a small number of customer accounts
• Assisting with general office administration

You'll be at the heart of operations, making sure everything runs efficiently, safely, and on time.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, logistics, goods-in, or administration
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• IT literate (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Experience in logistics, transport planning, or stock control is a big plus-but not essential.
