- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- Drive and orchestrate IT delivery for the Wave 3 release.
- Act as the link between program management and delivery teams.
- Coordinate across Business Leads, IT workstreams, and external partners.
- Actively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Support and challenge workstreams to ensure alignment with the project plan, scope, and quality objectives.
- Drive readiness for migration, cutover, and go-live.
- Provide structured reporting to program leadership and steering forums.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Proven track record in coordinating complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Previous project experience covering SAP EAM and/or SAP EPPM.
- Strong experience with migration and cutover planning and execution.
- Experience in energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Functional Scope: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM), Document Management (DMS), Integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and related functions (IT delivery is not within the scope of this role), Migration and cutover
