And to boot you get to work with some of the most talented PRs in the business on really high profile, well networked clients</p> <p><strong>The Role </strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing a diverse range of clients</li> <li>Engaging with and pitching to National and Business media</li> <li>Development of high quality content across all channels</li> <li>Acting as a point of contact for clients and effective client counsel</li> <li>Assisting in the development and the running of thought provoking and challenging campaigns</li> <li>Development and implementation of media relations campaigns around a rapidly changing news agenda</li> <li>Contributing to the organic growth of existing clients and supporting new business opportunities</li> <li>Co-ordination of client events</li> <li>Working with and motivating high calibre and intellectually stimulating teams and managing and supporting junior team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidate specifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong corporate and/or b2b communications backgrounds</li> <li>No specific sector required but a background and interest in business enterprise, entrepreneurship, technology, business/financial services, SMEs would be beneficial</li> <li>Good understanding of thought leadership, corporate reputation and the concept of client business development</li> <li>Strong in media relations and digital campaigns</li> <li>Excellent editorial and written skills</li> <li>Strong project manager</li> <li>Willingness to push the envelope and challenge traditional approaches</li> <li>Active knowledge and interest of emerging politics and business issues and the impact the political landscape has on the commercial world</li> <li>Confident in attending and driving client meetings with the support of campaign directors</li> <li>The ability to work in a team and support and help to direct more junior members</li> <li>Good relationship builder across with clients and media contacts</li> <li>The confidence to client interface at all levels</li> </ul> <p><em>If you would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please send your cv to <a href="mailto:cvs@carterferris.co.uk">cvs@carterferris.co.uk</a> quoting CF0677 or call Anne or Tanya on 020 3397 7543 / 07929 008295 </em></p> <p><em> </em></p>
