Internships are typically a one-time assignment and may lead to an opportunity for part-time work during the school year. If I need some time off to study, they are more than happy to let me have the day off to focus on grades. I feel so valued here. Being able to work on integrated marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and brand-awareness events has given me great insight into what path I want to take in my career. Tanner Manufacturing Engineering Intern Grow Your Career The Marvin internship and co-op experience is unlike any other. Just ask students from our 2022, 2023 classes. I had heard about Marvin being the top employer by Forbes before I started my internship. Throughout my time here I can understand why, their passion for involvement including employees and community. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was nice to be with a bunch of interns in the same area, which made it very comfortable to adjust to. All of the R&D workers are super nice, and I felt as if I could ask anyone for directions or certain modeling help if I needed it. I think that someone should someone consider an internship experience at Marvin because of the opportunity in so many fields here and also because you are able to learn a ton. I've loved my experience at Marvin so far. The company has a great culture, and everyone is willing to help out or answer questions as needed. The working environment Marvin has is fantastic. The people here are so helpful and willing to lend their knowledge and time to assist me. I am learning a lot about engineering conventions and things that differ from what I learned in school. This has been the best job I've had by far. The people and the culture here is amazing and it is a great work environment. Everyone is super welcoming and fun to be around. The culture at Marvin is incredible. Everyone is so kind and willing to help with anything and everything. They've also allowed me to explore different kinds of career paths, which has been incredible. I love the culture around Marvin and the people that I work with. Everyone has been super great to work for and I have gotten to know a lot about other people that work here. The culture and atmosphere at Marvin helped me feel welcomed and appreciated. Over the course of my internship, I was able to master certain tasks and acquire advanced knowledge in certain fields while building relationships with those within and across several departments. My time with Marvin has been an informative and comfortable experience. The team and system set in place allowed me to learn the idiosyncrasies of manufacturing with the flexibility to work around my own schedule. My experience at Marvin has been amazing so far.
