Collections Representative LOCATION Fort Worth, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE $22–$25 per hour Full-time, Monday–Friday 12+ month W2 contract ROLE IMPACT As a Loss Terminations Representative, you will manage the completion of vehicle loss termination cases while ensuring every action aligns with company policies and applicable legal requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, audit-focused environment and takes ownership of accurate documentation, timely processing, and effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process hostile termination accounts, including voluntary and involuntary surrenders, skip charge-offs, and deceased do-not-pursue cases. Calculate and apply repossession-related fees, coordinate vehicle auction assignments, issue required post-repossession notifications, and prepare deficiency notices after asset sales. Handle account reinstatements by reallocating funds, reversing termination activity, stopping title processing, and ensuring vehicle titles are returned appropriately. Partner with Collections, Dealer Relationship Managers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to resolve account activity efficiently. Maintain complete, accurate records in the ALFA case management system while following established procedures and legal compliance standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of experience in automotive collections, automotive repossession administration, or automotive loss mitigation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage highly regulated, audit-sensitive processes. Ability to prioritize multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT Professional office environment. Extensive computer and case management system usage throughout the workday. High-volume workload with established productivity and quality expectations. Position requires strict adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
