<p>We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing and distribution sector, who are looking to recruit a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, supporting sales growth, and delivering a high standard of service within a fast-paced environment.<strong> </strong></span><strong> </span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing day-to-day relationships with key customer accounts</span></li>
<li>Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently</span></li>
<li>Responding to enquiries via phone and email</span></li>
<li>Supporting sales activity by identifying opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts</span></li>
<li>Preparing and managing quotations</span></li>
<li>Liaising with internal departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure timely delivery</span></li>
<li>Maintaining accurate customer records, pricing, and product information</span></li>
<li>Handling customer queries and complaints professionally</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</span></strong></p>

<li>Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role</span></li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</span></li>
<li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail</span></li>
<li>Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities</span></li>
<li>A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving</span></li>
<li>Comfortable using internal systems and IT platforms<strong> </strong></span></li>
