We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to security incidents across a diverse technology estate spanning both cloud and on-premise environments. Reporting to the Security Operations Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening our detection and response capabilities. This includes developing high-quality detections, improving playbooks, and conducting post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable insights.
This role includes participation in an on-call rota for high-severity incident response.

We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cool cafes, trendy bars and the best places to eat!
Our working hours are 36.17 per week over 5 days.
