About the Role

Front of House and Office Coordinator Our client are an independent estate agency known for delivering a personalised and high-quality service. They are looking for a Front of House & Office Coordinator to join their team and act as the first point of contact within the office, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients and visitors.The roleThis is a varied, hands-on position combining front-of-house responsibilities with administrative and team support. You'll play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the lettings team, and ensuring all interactions reflect the agency's professional and welcoming approach. It's well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in being organised and proactive.Key responsibilitiesProviding a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and handling incoming calls and enquiriesManaging meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are prepared for client appointmentsSupporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentationAssisting with property onboarding and maintaining accurate records across internal systemsUpdating databases and ensuring all information is current and well organisedMonitoring shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, and directing more complex queries appropriatelyHandling incoming and outgoing post, as well as general document management and filingOverseeing office supplies, liaising with contractors, and maintaining a tidy, professional environmentCoordinating general office operations and supporting facilities requirementsAssisting with team events, meetings, and ad hoc projects as neededAbout youYou'll have previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role and be confident dealing with people in a professional and friendly manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
