The company designs and delivers engineered HVAC systems used in complex environments where reliability and performance are critical.</p> <p>This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key clients and consultants, and increasing enquiry levels across targeted markets.</p> <hr /> <h3>Role</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and implement a business development strategy to support company growth</p> </li> <li> <p>Generate new enquiries and identify project opportunities within target sectors</p> </li> <li> <p>Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and end users</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop repeat business and maximise value from existing accounts</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify emerging opportunities within specialist HVAC applications</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with internal engineering and proposals teams to develop technical solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain sales pipeline visibility and support bid strategy</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience in <strong>business development or technical sales within HVAC, mechanical engineering or industrial equipment</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience selling into <strong>industrial, energy, marine or infrastructure sectors</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors and key decision makers</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable selling <strong>engineered or technically complex solutions</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Proactive approach to generating new opportunities and developing markets</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Package</h3> <ul> <li>OTE up to £80,000</li> <li> <p>£50,000 &#8211; £60,000 &#8211; flexible for the right candidate</p> </li> <li> <p>Commission structure linked to project value</p> </li> <li> <p>Company car</p> </li> <li> <p>International travel opportunities</p> </li> <li> <p>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</p> </li> <li> <p>Private health insurance</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p>WR HVAC | M&amp;E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
